The summer colds are making a round in our house. Kenny seems to have it the worst while the girls seem to have milder colds which aren't slowing them down a bit. Knock on wood so far I have avoided it (sure I jinxed myself by even writing that).
Summer has been fun although I am actually looking forward to fall weather and all the fun that goes along with it. The girls already have Halloween costumes and pumpkin picking on their mind:) We are both looking forward to experience all the fun things fall has to offer with the girls.
We did something today we haven't done before. We actually took the girls to McDonalds and let them play in the playland. I sometimes forget they are more capable and grown up that I give them credit for. We had the girls eat before we let them play and of course they couldn't eat fast enough. Amazing how little it took for their tummies to be magically full:) Needless to say they had a blast and we had a hard time getting them to come down so we could leave.
The girls have been having a ball at school and learning so much each and every day. Within the next couple of months they will start transitioning to the 'big kid' classroom. Until them we continue to work on potty training. Some days they do awesome with few accidents, most of which happen cause they would rather keep playing then stop and go. I suspect they will start wearing their big girl panties soon!
Well that is it for the update now. Off to bed I go:)
